Elevated living and coastal clarity, Zephyr is a curated collection of five tri-level townhouses which rises with quiet confidence above the Manly ridgeline. Each residence is a study in coastal restraint with light warm colours, crisp white trims, and natural stone accents. Verticality is celebrated through stacked forms and recessed entries, while subtle variations in cabinetry and tile palettes distinguish each scheme with quiet elegance.
Inside, the homes unfold across three levels of considered design. Kitchens feature Caesarstone benchtops, complemented by splashbacks that add texture and tonal rhythm, while Oak flooring grounds the living spaces in warmth.
