Name: Caldera

Element: Earth

Why: Caldera evokes sculpted terrain and architectural depth. Like the geological formation it’s named after, the home is defined by its layered façade, curved thresholds, and grounded elegance.

A residence of bold geometry and refined contrast, Caldera rises with quiet strength from its elevated Coorparoo site. The façade pairs smooth white render with natural stone cladding and curved planter boxes, framed by arched windows and vertical battens. A Marina-style elevation introduces symmetry and softness, while the external stair and balcony screening add sculptural rhythm.

Inside, the home unfolds across timber flooring and honed natural stone benchtops. The kitchen is anchored by a curved island with Oak panelling, integrated Miele appliances, and a concealed rangehood in a curved shroud beneath a softly raked ceiling. A fireplace and dedicated bar zone add warmth and refinement, while soaring ceilings throughout elevate the sense of openness and spatial grace.

Upstairs, private retreats are framed by flowing plaster dwarf walls, LED-lit handrails, and gallery-like corridors. The master suite features dual arch mirrors, full-height tiling, and a freestanding bath hugged by curved walls. Each ensuite is detailed with brushed nickel fixtures, radius shower screens, and recessed niches for quiet luxury.

Outdoor zones are defined by stone-look tiling, a built-in BBQ bench, and a courtyard framed by vertical battens and soft landscaping. The integrated joinery throughout reinforces the home’s commitment to cohesion and crafted detail.

Caldera is a residence where architectural clarity meets grounded elegance that is layered, luminous, and deeply considered.
